We're a small group of women dedicated to creating personal and professional opportunities for women of color.
Our Story
In 2017, Sam Barrow created a Slack group to bring together like-minded individuals looking for ways to grow their careers. Those individual conversations grew into her hosting regular workshops, providing pro-bono 1:1 coaching and offering free or lost-cost resume services.
Recognizing a real need for continued mentorship and skill-sharing, she and a group of friends made the decision to start the nonprofit, Learn. Grow. Expand. Through this nonprofit, we will continue providing free and low-cost professional and personal growth opportunities to our community.
